Fire and Ice Tour

It was on a lovely sunny day on April 4,2012 (the day before my birthday), My good freind Zoe bought tickets for us to go see my favorite band in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD “BLESSTHEFALL”! Of course it was ”The Fire and Ice Tour” so the other bands were “We Came As Romans, Woe Is Me, Emmure and The Color Morale” who were also my favorite bands as well. It was not only me and Zoe that was going but Seth and his friend Alex was also coming along with us.

That day was the longest I had to wait for anything in my life. We kept texting each other during that morning how we all try to stall time to keep our minds off of the clock. So they all came over at aroun 2:00pm and hungout till 5:00pm and thats when we left for the venue.

All of the bands did a amazing job. The Color Morale was the opening bands and they did pretty well. I never really got a chance to listen to them untill then. Then it was Woe Is Me and they did great with thier entrace of the song “Vengence” it really got the crowd pumped for the rest of the concert. Then after them was Blessthefall they did pretty sweet. There was crowd surfing and water sprayed everywhere. After they were done I got to me them and it was so awesome!! Then Emmure came on and I gotta say one of the Craziest crowds ever. There was crowd surfing and pushing and shoving throughout thier WHOLE set. It was the same with We Came As Romans. The Crowd was crazy, but it was one of the best nights I have ever had and the tour seemed to kicked off great, Good jobs to all of the bands and I will never forget this day. Thanks to the bands,Zoe, Seth and Alex for making it the best early birthday present ever!!! :D

American Idol Auditions Season 11

On June 28,2011 my dad, mom and I went to St. Louis, Missouri, for American Idol season 11 auditions. It was such a great expierence. Of course we had to be there avout 3 days early but the most important day was the audition day. There was about millions of people waiting outside and it was so early you could not get enough sleep. I may have not made it to the judges, but at least I followed my dream and I had a full experienced. Now that I know how the who works, I really enjoy watching it more then I want to be a part of it. I wish everyone who did make it to the judges the best of luck!!!….. and to all who did not make it to the judges like me hahah, It’s just the beginning. Oh and forgot to metion my dad got to meet Ryan Secrest and shake his hand. My mom and I was not even an inch far from him, so that was preatty sweet!!! I don’t want to give to much away about the process so that’s all. The song I sang was Me, Myself and time by: Demi Lovato!!!!

Wostock (Every Avenue)

Yesterday my friend Zoe and I went to Wostock festival at West Ottawa High School. The school was huge! It was cool! They had like 50 bands and 3 stages. The main stage was in the gym, second stage was in what they call the cafe (The Cafeteria) and the acoustic stage was in their school store. There was a bunch of local bands , some bands were their first performance. It was 6:00pm - 11:30pm. We did not expect it to be that long, we both thought it was just going to be 2-3 local bands then Every Avenue, but no we were wrong! But we had fun, we made bets of what the local band will be like and I lost big time. Zoe got all of it right.when Every Avenue cane on it was awesome!!! They sang 3 songs that I knew which was from their album picture perfect. We got some pretty good spot. And one of the guitarist was cuuuuuute! But they all did a great job! Totally rocked it!

Season 10 American Idol Auditons day 1

This years American Idol auditions was pretty cool. All three judges was nice and there was a bunch of 16 year olds that auditioned, which I think would be a great season full of young talent and people following thier dreams and starting at a young age. I think so far the best season was season 9 but this season seems to be intresting also. I also was texting my friend Zoe back and forth talking about it. It was really fun. Tommorow is day 2 in New Orleans.  

Flip Camera

So many things have happen, that I wish I could’ve cuaght on video. I wish those moments can happen after I get my Flip Video Camera. I have asked for it for my birthday that is coming up in April. Hopefully everything will work out. I love video taping and editing teh videos and sharing them to anybody. I think it’s going to be my new hobby when I get a flip, im going to make all the videos I shoot of my friends and family to a very awesome short movie. Hello You tube!!!!!!

Ice Skating

Today was my friend’s Missie’s 16th birthday. She decided to host it at a Ice Skating Rink. It was my first time ice skating so I was pretty nervous. When I was putting my skate on, my freind Rani came and said Hi and we went on teh ice together. She was getting a hang of it, but I was freaking out like crazy. We also saw a bunch of other people from our school. It was pretty cool. Missie’s little niece is so cute. She is always hanging  around Seth. I had a ton of fun, but I wish that the party would’ve lasted longer. Just a little ice skating tip when your about to fall do NOT lean backwards lean forward=)

Counting Down

42 more days till my friend Rani and I get’s to go to Pontiact, MI for the Glamour Kills Tour! The bands that are going to be there is The Ready Sets, We Are The In Crowd, The Downtown Fiction and All -Star Weekend! The best part is they will be by the merch table meeting fans. I hope we get a chance to stop by the merch table. I looking forward to meeting them all. I am also deciding to buying them each a gift. I am fans of all the bands there is not one that I dislike or not looking forward to seeing. Hopefully we have fun! and I know we will. This is both of our frist time at the venue and it’s 3 hours away, so we will probably have to leave early when we get back from school since it is on a friday.

Connections Essay

In my English 10 class, our assignment is to pick a poet that we have read one of there works in class and compare it to someone modern. A ton of people from my class is doing Edgar Allen Poe. So I decided to pick Robert Frost. It took me a looong time to choose someone to compare hime too. But then in the beggining of this week, I finally found a person to compare Robert too, but it’s more of a band. I decided to pick “The Maine” a Alternative/rock band. Reading thier lyrics, it reminds me of poems that was written by Robert Frost. My friend Zoe picked Edgar Allen Poe and compared them to “Children Of Boedom” a death metal band, my freind Ben is also doing Edgar Allan Poe and comparing them to the band “Disturbed” thier a metal/rock band, my friend Gabby is also doing Edgar Allen Poe and comparing him to a Rapper/Hip-hop artist “Kid cuddi” (I have no clue how to spell his name) and my freind Tara is doing a poet that is rather different, I forgot her name ,but she is comparing her to a lead singer of “Arch Enemy”. I think this was a very intresting essay to write. We also have to do a speech in front of the class. So hopefully I get a good grade.
